Orange Caramel Cake Pop! Chef's Special ;)

Hi everybody,

How is it going?

It's going quite well here, I hope there, too ;)

Today I served my special cake pop to my friends and they liked it very much.

So I thought to myself, I gotta write this on my blog :) You should try it at least once.

The cake pops I made before was really nice too but I don't have any good picture of them unfortunately :/

Anyway, I have these ones :D

 

What we need;

- Orange sponge cake

- Crispy caramel

- Bitter chocolate

 and the details are up to your imagination :D

 

 Mixing the cake with hot caramel carefully 'cause caramel burns a lot, and making little balls...

Then sticking the sticks to them and dipping in chocolate...

That is pretty hard and takes a lot of time but it worths every second when you take a single bite :)

and maybe when you see smiling faces of people after eating them ^.^

 

can decorate with coasted sugar or caramel pieces...

 or royal icing

 

This orange cake is super delicious

and has'nt finished yet...

It looks a little different than normal 'cause of the camera -_-

I've got to buy a proper cam, I want to *.*

Uzun zaman oldu :D (It's been a long time )

Bugünlerde ne varsa, böyle sanki sürekli sevindirici şeyler olageliyor :D

(In these days it's like every-happy-things are in the line to happen )

Gerçi benimkisi eşeğini kaybedip sonra bulma olayı ama yine de sevindim, çok çok!

(Although this one was a finding of a lost I become happy, a lot lot! )

Kullanılan malzemeler

- 2 yumurta ( 2 eggs )

- 1 su bardağı toz şeker (a glass of sugar )

- 250 gr margarin ( 250 gr butter)

- 1 su bardağı portakal suyu (taze sıkılmış) (a glass of orange juice)

- 3 su bardağı un ( 3 glasses of flour)

- Vanilya (vanilin)

- 1 paket kabartma tozu ( baking powder)

- Portakal kabuğu rendesi ( grated orange mold )

 

Yapımı;

 Süt yerine portakal suyu kullanıyoruz, o kadar ;)

(Using orange juice instead of milk, that's the only difference ;) )

 

Portakalın suyunu, kabuğunu kullanıp gerisini atmak da olmaz değil mi? İçine kek harcından bir kaşık koyup pişirebiliriz. Hatta çok hafif bir baharat acısı tadı da oluyor, baharatlı tatlı sevenler için bulunmaz fırsat :D

( We can't let the rest of orange get wasted, right? Using as a cake mold is a great idea especially for spicy dessert lovers. 'cause it becames a little spicy :D )

 

Şu şahane güzellik bir de nefis kokuyor ki anlatamam... Portakal bahçesi böyle güzel kokar mı bilmem.

 Hayatınız boyunca unutamayacağınız, aklınıza geldikçe de nefesinizin özleyeceği, anılarınızdan süzüle süzüle burnunuza gelecek olan bir esans ^-^

Eşsiz lezzet, enfes koku...

( This magnificent beauty has a smell that words aren't enough... Can even the orange garden pass close that? I don't know.

A smell that you cannot forget in a lifetime

that your breathe would miss when you think about it

that will come to your nose with wings through your memories ^-^
