Imagine a Cookie!
Hi everybody!
Today i am posting this in English. :) I think there is not really enough in my head to write a recipe properly but I will try anyway :D So, please forgive my words or grammar if they can't get their places truly.
Yes, let's begin! In the afternoon I've made some cookies. I'm eating them right now. Delicious :) Yeah, I thought that could be good to start with the real time recipe. Today made it, today wrote it!
Also I will write it in my own style. That means this recipe will give you some tips but not an acknowladge to make it from the beginning. 'cause I don't know how to explain the whole one :) Sorry!
First we meet with ingredients;
- Eggs
- Sugar
- Butter
- Flour
- Starc ( wheat or corn )
- Vanilla
- and some dry food to put in the center of our cookies :) (like nuts, chocolate, dry fruits etc. )
- Bowl
- Pan
- Baking tray
- Owen
Then we go;
-(don't forget it's my own style and don't try it if you're not brave enough:) We need 200g butter and we need it half-melted. I had taken it from the fridge two hours before I began but it hadn't become soft so I'd used a small pan to melt it. But if you try please be sure not to boil it. The butter wants room tempreature :)
- When it comes to sugar it would be nice if you use powdered sugar. What if you don't have? Like I've done put it in your half-melted butter. They will share the tempreature and sugar will get liquid. You can use crystal sugar but that won't let your cookie to be smooth. Yeah, we're making smooth cookies :)
- At this step vanilla can join the game :)
- Now we have cool sugar butter, right? It should be creammy. Then we add eggs. Actually i had put only one but I usually use two. I don't like the condition of eggs in these days, don't mind it. Just make them all get together in the bowl :)
- Lastly we add flour and starc. I didn't actually get the measure but it's like two glass of starc and a glass of flour for two eggs. You can add more whichever you prefer if you find the dough sticky after you knead it.
- Ta da! We have our cookie dough in our bowl. It's a beautiful thing, isn't it? Yeah, it will get more beautiful when we get them out of the owen :) Now it's time to shape them. Take a piece of the dough, it's your heart, take as how big you want. It's a cookie though, don't forget! :) Then round it in your hand. The cookie ball in the center of your hand.. Flatten it! Try not to make it too thin.
- We made it flat 'cause we are going to put something inside the cookies. Whatever we have and whatever we want to have inside the cookie, we take it. I've used walnut mixed with crystal sugar. That makes sudden reaction when you bite the cookie ;) Crispy inside :D
- After we put something in the center of our flat round cookie dough, we slowly and carefully make the edges come together. So, we have a new ball in our hands.
- Ahhh, it's really hard to make cookies on the computer :) We should have a baking tray and wax paper in it. After rolling all the cookies we place them on the wax paper, not so close! If we put them close they will get together after few minutes in the owen :D But if there are lovers among your cookies put them together so they will be a new big cookie :) Don't spreade the lovers!
- Yeah, after giving a heart to our recipe let's continue:) Put the tray in the nearly hot owen. I've made them bake at 200 degrees 15 minutes but we should take the tray out when we see our precious cookies cracked and got pink.
Owww, look at these! They look pretty!They look delicious!They look honourable! We made it!
Carefully take them to some plate to cool and then also be carefull when you bite them 'cause they are easily coming apart.
